The Wright Brothers’ Diamond DA40/DA42 FTD Level 5 trainers?use the same independently developed software architecture as the?Boeing 737NG FTD Level 5 trainer. The DA40 model is a single-engine propeller (SEP), and the DA42 is a twin-engine propeller?(MEP). The Wright Brothers offer both a standalone version of?DA40 or DA42 and a DA40/DA42 interchangeable model.
座艙采用仿真Garmin G1000或G1000Nxi版本，通過自主研發實現了對G1000系列的模擬仿真，并使用Jeppesen官方導航數據。駕駛艙模擬了飛機系統、航電系統和斷路器等仿真。駕駛桿、腳舵采用三通道操縱負荷，視景系統采用180度三通道投影柱幕。具有完整的教員操作臺，教員后艙可根據客戶需求選擇。
The cockpit uses a simulated Garmin G1000 or G1000Nxi version,?achieved through independent development for simulation of the?G1000 series, and uses Jeppesen official navigation data. The?cockpit simulates the aircraft systems, avionics systems, and circuit?breakers. The control sticks and rudder pedals use three-channel?control loading, and the visual system uses a 180-degree three-channel projection column screen. It has a complete instructor?console, and the instructor’s rear cabin can be chosen according to?customer needs.
